	A.	CIP: Rio Grande Pool Renovations
		Motion to:
		1.	Award of RFB #0009-10-DE for construction services to renovate the Rio Grande Pool, in the amount of $425,100.00 including NMGRT
		2.	Approve the Construction Contract with Vigil Constructing Services, Inc., in the amount of $425,100.00 including NMGRT.
	B.	OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT: Department of Homeland Security Initiatives
		Motion to:
		1.	Accept the Sub-Grant Agreement #2009-SS-T9-000030-Bernalillo for the allocation of $99,000.00 from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security acting through the State of New Mexico Department of Homeland Security & Emergency Management.
		2.	Approve Financial Resolution FR -2009 budgeting the sub-grant in the amount of $99,000.00.
7.	ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE/AMENDMENT TO COUNTY CODE
	A.	ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH: Text Amendments to the Bernalillo County Code, Chapter 30, Environment, Noise
		Introduction of proposed text amendments to the Bernalillo County Code, Chapter 30, Environment, Noise
8.	ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION
	A.	COMMUNICATIONS: E9-1-1 Communications Upgrade Grant
		Motion to:
		1.	Administrative Resolution AR -2009 accepting a grant in the amount of $3,691,200 from the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) for the purchase of E9-1-1 equipment, and 911 consoles.
		2.	The Joint Powers Agreement between Bernalillo County and Department of Public Safety 9-1-1 District 5.
	B.	COMMISSON: Sheriff Selection Committee
		Motion to approve Administrative Resolution AR -2009 establishing a Sheriff Selection Committee.
9.	APPROVALS
	A.	COUNTY MANAGER: Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with Albuquerque Public Schools
		Motion to:
		1.	IGA between Bernalillo County and APS to fund two Case Managers as specified in the Safe Schools/Healthy Students (SSHS) grant.
		2.	Financial Resolution FR -2009 budgeting $83,140.00 to hire two Case Managers.
	B.	PUBLIC WORKS: Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) Wastewater Facility Improvements Agreement with the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority (ABCWUA).
		Motion to approve the agreement with the ABCWUA for the improvements to the wastewater facilities at MDC.

		Discussion of an Ordinance Repealing and Amending Chapter 2, Division 4, Code of Ethics Sections 2-126 through 2-185 establishing guidelines for ethical standards of conduct for all candidates for elected office, elected officials and employees pursuant to NMSA 1978, §§ 3-17-1 and 4-37-1.
