County And City Begin New Construction On Prisoner Transport Unit
 County Commissioner Alan B. Armijo and Mayor Martin Chavez announced the new construction of the Prisoner Transport Unit to be located at the Bernalillo County Public Safety Center at 401 Roma, NW, the former site of Metropolitan Court.
“This is solution to two issues, it creates a safe “drop-off” site for those individuals who choose to take a ride from MDC after they have been released and it will expand the size of APD’s Prisoner Transport Unit,” says Commissioner Armijo. |
