The staff at the Bernalillo County Fire Department Training Academy is keeping busy until the next cadet class begins. Training Commander Jim Dye, Lt. Scott Aragon, Firefighter Michelle Vasquez –Herrera and Firefighter Vincent Manwill have been busy training many of our veteran firefighters with refresher courses in skills training, rapid intervention teams and ongoing Emergency Medical training.


And recently, employees from the Bernalillo County Parks and Recreation Department went through First Aid and CPR Certification training at the Fire Academy.
