Motion to approve Ordinance 2009-16Zone map amendment from M-H to A-1 on lots 1 & 2, Lands of Jesucita G. Garcia.

Armio moved approval of the Consent Agenda including findings and conditions; 2nd by De la Cruz. Vote: 5-0

approximately .407 acres. (R-11) (Original request submitted by Fela B. Castaneda,
agent for Rocky E. Gutierrez)
De La Cruz moved to grant the appeal and overturn the Board of Adjustments approval of a conditional use to allow a mobile home on Tract 73, MRGCD Map 53, 5930 Isleta Blvd SW, zoned A-1; 2nd by Wiener. Vote: 4-1 (Commissioner Stebbins votes in the negative.)
De la Cruz moved the Findings and Conditions as amended; 2nd by Armijo. Vote: 5-0
